Submit company context
Company stage, ARR range, team size, growth condition, customer and revenue signals, operating complexity and leadership load.
StructureLab turns submitted operating context into an analyst-reviewed structural diagnostic report. The output is designed to make the company’s current scaling constraints legible before they become visible as plateau, operational drag, or leadership overload.
Analyst-reviewed structural diagnosis.
The experience is intentionally narrow: submit operating context, let the diagnostic model read the structural signals, then receive a board-level report after consistency review.
Company stage, ARR range, team size, growth condition, customer and revenue signals, operating complexity and leadership load.
The diagnostic evaluates load, capacity, margin, constraint pressure and mechanism activation instead of averaging answers into generic advice.
The report is reviewed by a human analyst for consistency, evidence basis, claim boundaries and diagnostic coherence before delivery.
The client receives a diagnostic artifact, not a generic scorecard, automated output or recommendation deck.
Future runs show whether structural capacity improves faster than load — not whether the team simply worked harder.
StructureLab needs enough context to understand how growth is being absorbed. It does not ask for passwords, raw customer lists, bank data or sensitive files in public intake copy.
This page explains the flow at a high level. The Methodology page explains the diagnostic model in depth.
Whether the company can absorb more work without converting growth into repair load.
Whether decisions and execution remain too dependent on founder or senior-node bandwidth.
Whether tradeoffs can be resolved fast enough under growth pressure.
Whether revenue activity is becoming predictable economics or unstable load.
Whether growth creates scalable output or consumes capacity before output becomes usable.
How constraint pressure becomes a repeatable failure path.
Every StructureLab report is reviewed by a human analyst before delivery. AI-assisted processing may support structured analysis, but the final diagnostic artifact is checked for evidence basis, claim boundaries, consistency, and diagnostic coherence.
Analyst-reviewed does not mean a consulting engagement, advisory call, or implementation walkthrough.
The PDF remains the official board artifact. Future web and interactive layers may help explain the report, but the current public website is focused on access, trust, pricing, and sample review.
StructureLab does not package reassurance, implementation work or a consulting roadmap inside the diagnostic report.
Request Access is the current entry point. After fit review, private account setup and diagnostic intake are coordinated directly. There is no automatic final report delivery or checkout flow on the public website yet.
Request access if the company needs a cold structural read of current scaling constraints before those constraints become visible as plateau, operational drag or leadership overload.
